What is collected
For a print job: the document, the print settings, the price and the payment record, plus any name, email or phone you give so staff can identify your job and send a receipt.
How long documents are kept
Printable document content is kept only for the retention window set by the print centre — 48 hours by default — so that a failed job can be reprinted. After that the encryption keys are destroyed and the content cannot be recovered.
Who can see a document
Staff at the print centre with the explicit permission to open retained documents, and every such access is logged. Platform support staff cannot enter a customer account silently: a support session is time-limited, requires a stated reason, is recorded in the audit log, and shows a banner while it is active.
Payment details
Card details are entered directly with the payment processor. Card numbers never reach this platform.
Location data
Site addresses configured by the business are used to place sites on a map. No device location is collected from appliances or printers.
