Managed print appliances

Your print centre keeps working when the internet does not.

Reamstead pairs a small Linux appliance in the shop with a cloud portal. Customers scan a QR code, upload a file, pay, and collect. If the line drops, the appliance keeps printing, keeps taking cash, and syncs every transaction when it comes back.

From scan to collected print

  1. 01

    Scan

The customer scans the QR sign at the counter or in the room. No app, no account needed.

  2. 02

    Upload and price

They upload a PDF or office file. Only options the printer actually reports are offered, and the price updates as they choose.

  3. 03

    Pay

Card, wallet, account credit, voucher — or pay at the counter, if the location allows it.

  4. 04

    Print and collect

The appliance pulls the job, prints it, and the status is confirmed by the printer, not guessed.

Built for the person behind the counter

Recover a job in one move

Paper jam, wrong tray, dead printer: retry, reprint or move the job to another printer. Incompatible settings are shown before the move, never silently dropped.

Facts, not guesses

Toner and tray levels appear only when the device reports them. Everything else reads "Not reported by printer" — no invented gauges.

Money that reconciles

Every payment, refund and offline cash sale is an immutable ledger row. Deferred exposure while offline is visible per location.
